About the event
Chakradance is a dynamic wellness practice which uses music specifically created to resonate within our chakras, helping to more easily open and move the energy within them. There are no set steps to this moving meditation- we are asked to let the music move our bodies allowing them to unwind and release anything no longer serving our highest good.
In each class we will take some time to check in and learn a little about that months Chakra, then after a short warm up, we dance. This is a free form dance meaning each person can move their bodies in whatever way they choose- there is no wrong way to move! Afterward, we will create mandala art to help us keep the experience with us long after we have left the space.
