When translated to English AJNA means - to percieve. This insightful chakra supports our understanding of the world around us by heightening our intuitive capabilities.

Chakradance is a dynamic wellness practice which uses music specifically created to resonate withing our chakras, helping to more easily open and move the energy within them. There are no set steps to this moving meditation- we are asked to let the music move our bodies allowing them to unwind and release anything no longer serving our highest good.

In this approximately 90 minute class we will have the opportunity to get to know this source of our imagination and creativity. We will connect with it through the dance- activating and allowing our own voices to find their way…
