Chakradance is a free-form moving meditation, meaning there are no set steps to this dance and you can’t get it wrong. In this opportunity to work with your chakra energy centers we will explore the base chakra, connecting with our roots where we feel a sense of safety, security and the energy of grounding calm. After the dance we will create mandala art to keep the energy of the class with us after we leave. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing they can easily move in.
