About the event
Chakradance class is offered on the first Friday of every Month! In each class, you will have the opportunity to dive into this beautiful practice of free-form dance movement along with healing sounds. Give yourself the gift of connecting within during this Friday series. Beginners encouraged. No need to be a dancer to participate.
About Chakradance:
Chakradance is an empowering yet gentle practice of self-discovery. Drawing on the wisdom of Jungian psychology we blend free-form movement with chakra-resonant music and guided imagery to open ourselves and go deeper. Each class will last approximately 1 hour including a short warm-up, the dance, and reflection time where we create mandala art to help us express the experience of the dance in a physical form. The series will explore each of the 7 major chakras including an introductory dance and integration dance at the beginning and end respectively.
