Join Heart Center for a wintery walk around Asylum Lake!
There may not be much plant life for us to see this time around, but it will still be nice to get out into nature and move our bodies!
Please be prepared for the weather. We may encounter snow and or ice and we want to keep ourselves safe and warm.
