Discovering Your Inner Magic Retreat

Embrace, heal, and grow with the power of the Elements!

Join Angie Fox and Kathleen Sherman for a 4-day immersive retreat located at Ronora Lodge and Retreat Center in Watervliet, Michigan.

Arrival begins Thursday, August 29th, at 7pm and checkout will be Sunday, September 1st at 1pm.

You will learn to:

*Connect with the Elements to cleanse, heal, uplift you, and help you to flow with grace in all ways.

*Tap into the Elements to heal with these techniques and tools.

*Fire: Fire sipping is the use of the element of fire to burn away the things that no longer serve you and help you transform your life.

*Earth: Elemental grounding practice with drums, to help you align and be one with Mother Earth and our sacred ancestors.

*Air: Tap into the element of air which has an etheric quality and is combined with compassion, kindness, flow, finding power, letting go and releasing, conjuring, creating, and manifesting your best life.

*Water: Water exercises to feel and let flow what has been trapped or stagnant and allow yourself to flow like water.  Allow yourself to move with grace and ease with this soothing element.

*Ether/Divine Light: Learn ways to open to the divine and allow the truest connection to Source to help you be an open vessel of divine light!  You will find ways of standing in your own true essence of your divine self.

*Chakradance:  Focusing on the 4 chakras associated with the elements of earth, air, fire, and water, participants will learn to allow their bodies to move with this free-form therapeutic movement modality which utilizes music created specifically to engage and align the chakras within. Following the movement, we will create Mandala art to keep the energy of the dance in our physical world.

*Optional Morning yoga practice Join us each morning as we gently move through an adaptive practice to warm our bodies and stimulate our minds.

There will be time between our elemental teachings to enjoy the space at Ronora. The retreat center offers outdoor activities including water fun at their small lake, hiking trails, and options for bonfires each evening. Folks are welcome to just sit and relax enjoying the beauty during downtime. 

Meals will be provided for all participants. You must make your dietary needs known at least 2 weeks before the retreat. You are welcome to bring any extra snacks for between meals that you may enjoy but please, NO PEANUT PRODUCTS of any kind.

Lodging at Ronora includes a lightweight comforter and pillow, but participants will need to bring their own bedding for the bed size they choose, along with towels for bathroom or swimming needs, all toiletries, and any supports or props you may want for sitting times.

Single bed in a shared space will be $444

King bed in a private space will be $700  (partners or friends willing to share a bed may elect this option)

No refunds will be given after ticket purchase, but you may transfer your ticket to another participant.

Angie Fox is a long-time learner of truths and has over 20 years of experience connecting people and their bodies. She will share the beautiful practice of Chakradance during our time together as well as optional practices of yoga. When not engaging in movement modalities, Angie enjoys walks in nature to commune with her plant allies and sunny days reading in a hammock.
