First Friday Chakradance 9 Month Series

Each month participants will meet on the First Friday. In this 9 month series we will dive into this beautiful practice of free form dance and healing sound to connect within.

Chakradance is an empowering yet gentle practice of self-discovery. Drawing on the wisdom of Jungian psychology we blend free form movement with chakra resonant music and guided imagery to open ourselves and go deeper. Each class will last approximately 1 hour including a short warm up, the dance, and reflection time where we create mandala art to help us express the experience of the dance into a physical form. The series will explore each of the 7 major chakras including an introductory dance and integration dance at the beginning and end respectively.
