Free Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath Experiece

This experience is intended for adults, but is open to younger folx who can stay quiet and engaged in the experience for the full hour.

Bring a mat and water bottle, along with any blankets or pillows you might need to make yourself comfortable lying on the ground for an hour.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing body sensory experiece.  During this practice you will be guided on a journey through the body to help soften and relax your body and mind.  You will then be immersed in sound and vibtation supporting the deep healing and wellness of the body.
