FREE Intro to Chakradance (Adult)

Have you been wondering what is Chakradance?

It’s an exciting new form of spontaneous dance that anyone can enjoy as a tool for wellness and inner exploration. Chakradance combines the beloved practices of dance and music to open and balance the body’s seven primary energy centers (chakras)

Now is a great time to come try out Chakradance for FREE! Sunday, January 12th at 3pm Heart Center will be hosting an Intro class to the 7 Keys to Freedom cycle. In this introductory workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience a moving meditation as well as some mandala art creation. No Prior art or dance experience is necessary. Chakradance accommodates adults of all abilities.
