Free Intro to Chakradance @Move with JOY Studio

Have you been interested in Chakradance and want to know what it's all about?

Tryout this free Intro Class hosted by Move with Joy Studio at 1103 Portage St. Kalamazoo, MI

In this intro class, we will spend a short time talking about the Chakras and what to expect in the dance. We will take some time to breathe together and then Dance a short intro to each of the 7 major Chakras. After the dance, we will create mandala art to help us express the dance experience and keep it with us even after we leave the space. 

This event will be happening directly after the Move with Joy dancer showcase. While the Intro to Chakrdance class is free, the showcase prior does have a $5 donation. I highly suggest coming out to watch these wonderful dancers, then do some dancing yourself!
