Heart & Soul in Big Rapids Chakradance- Muladhara

Heart and Sole Yoga is generously opening their doors to bring Chakradance to Big Rapids!

Join us downtown at 212 Maple St. in Big Rapids, Mi on Sunday October 22nd at 2PM.

Chakradance is an empowering yet gentle practice of self-discovery. Drawing on the wisdom of Jungian psychology we blend free-form movement with chakra-resonant music and guided imagery to open ourselves and go deeper. This workshop will last approximately 90minutes and includes a converstation about the Base chakra Muladhara and how it supports certain aspects of the self, a short warm-up, the dance, and reflection time where we create mandala art to help us express the experience of the dance in a physical form.
