Kindy Chakradance Series- Fall 24

During this fun adventure, kiddos will spend each week exploring a new chakra energy and how it supports us.

All classes are joyfully created with play in mind because research shows it takes far less time for us to learn concepts in play than it does any other way.

This series is set up to meet every Tuesday morning at 10 AM for 7 weeks.

A Breathing Practice

Storytime

Music & Movement

Art Creation

Meditation practice

What will we be working with?

In the 1st week we will be Listening to our body whispers as we feel into the connection of our vessels.

Week 2 helps us start Becoming aware of our emotions and considering the experience of it as something that washes over us.

In our 3rd week Feeling confidence will be our focus as we play with the Solar Plexus chakra.

Week 4 deals with the concept of Sharing and how we can make our love grow bigger to encompass new things.

Week 5 explores Expression and how it can look different for the many types of people in the world.

In the 6th week, we learn the Power of Imagination and creation.

During our final week in the Crown chakra, we practice ways to Use our minds if we feel anxious or overwhelmed.

All participants are encouraged to join one of our FREE Intro sessions on either Sunday, September 8th @10AM or Tuesday, October 1st @10AM. Please register for the Intro session separately from the Events page.
