Chakradance is a dynamic wellness practice which uses music specifically created to resonate withing our chakras, helping to more easily open and move the energy within them. There are no set steps to this dance- we are asked to let the music move our bodies allowing them to unwind and release anything no longer serving our highest good.
Join us as we dance the Manipura which translates from Sanskrit as lustrous gem. It's like our own personal sunshine that can help us find our own power to follow our hearts and do what we want to.
