When translated from Sanskrit Muladhara means root or support. From here we can explore our own support systems. We can find our safety and stability, our souls tribe allowing us to ground ourselves in to the experience of this life.

Chakradance is a dynamic wellness practice which uses music specifically created to resonate withing our chakras, helping to more easily open and move the energy within them. There are no set steps to this moving meditation- we are asked to let the music move our bodies allowing them to unwind and release anything no longer serving our highest good.
