Naga's Curse Summer 2025

This Chakradance Kids course is geared towards children going into K-5th grade and will meet weekly on Thursday mornings at 10am for 75 minutes. Classes begin June 19th and run through August 7th. In case of instructor illness, a make-up day will be held in reserve for August 14th.

We take a fun adventure each week through one of the 7 major chakras to help us better understand how they support us and our well-being.

We know that it takes far less time for us to learn through play than any other way, so classes are designed with fun in mind. We will read stories, recreate them with movement, and create wonderful art. All of this helps us reinforce the larger concepts we are introducing like dealing with big emotions, practicing self-regulation,  and compassion for others.
