About the event
In this non-traditional YOGA class, we listen to our body's needs and wants first. We create adaptations to our yoga, pilates, and fascial stretching which allows us to follow the wisdom of our bodies and begin learning acceptance of these wonderful vessels of ours.
Join us for class- Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we meet inside the Snyder Dojo from 10-11AM.
Create the perfect practice for you with our 6-week session. You can choose 1 class per week for $35 or take all 3 for only $75!
Monday Series begins 2/26
Wednesday Series begins 2/28
Friday Series begins 3/1
Drop-Ins are of course always welcome- $10/class with cash at the door.
