About the event
In this non-traditional YOGA class, we listen to our body's needs and wants first. We create adaptations to our yoga, pilates, and fascial stretching, allowing us to follow our bodies' wisdom and begin learning acceptance of our wonderful bodies.
Join us for class- Inside the Snyder Dojo. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 10AM.
Create the perfect practice for you with our 6-week session. You can choose 1 class per week for $35 or take all 4 for only $75!
