About the event
Many have asked for evening yoga adventures, so we will try it out this summer with YOGA in the Park!
We will be meeting on Thursday evenings in Frays Park at 6pm for an hour.
In this class, we will be focusing on our relationship to these wonderful bodies that carry us through life, as well as our inner and outer balance. We will fuse together aspects of Yoga, Pilates, and Fascial stretching to find movement that feels good. The practice will help create strength and space in your body and mind.
Due to location, attendees will need to bring their own yoga mats, and any supports you may want to use, like a blanket/towel, bolster, blocks, straps, etc. It is also recommended to bring a water bottle, and don't forget your sunscreen!
Also good to know, Frays Park doesn't have a parking lot, so you will need to find…
