About the event
In this meditative experience, participants will be guided into a deeply restorative state while remaining actively aware. We bolster our bodies in a comfortable way using pillows and blankets, then allow them to find release as we breathe and center. Yoga Nidra is a restful practice that brings an acute awareness of the body.
