Entering into the winter season, I prepare by creating this supercharged herbal fire cider recipe, packed with vitamins, minerals, and natural anti-bacterial herbs and ingredients. 


What is Fire Cider? 

Fire cider is a traditional tonic that contains immune-boosting herbs and ingredients. Typically, it’s very spicy and warming and made to support your immune system during cold and flu season. The combination of immune-boosting herbs and ingredients prepares your body for the extra ailments that come during this season. I love to add hibiscus and pomegranate to help curve the edge of the sharpness of the traditional fire cider heat. Plus it adds a little tang and the slightest hint of sweetness. Who doesn't need a little extra sweetness?

Suggested Use: For immune boosting, take 1 teaspoon daily. If stomach irritation occurs, discontinue use. Shake well as natural separation will occur.
